Cancelling or changing an appointment
Wherever possible we will offer you the opportunity to agree dates for hospital attendances that are convenient to you.
We hope you find the booking process, whether by phone, electronic or by letter, to be timely, clear and concise.
Once you have been given an appointment we ask you to do all you can to keep it. Cancelling your appointment, especially at short notice, could mean we are unable to give your slot to another patient, whose need may be more urgent.
If you do have to cancel – or you no longer want the appointment – please let us know as soon as possible, so we can offer the date and time to someone else.
To make it easier for you, we have listed below many of the phone numbers or e-mail addresses you can use to do this.
On behalf of all our patients, Mayday thanks you for your support in this matter.
